We created the Apprentice blend as an additional offering to our popular roasts but with a twist. Our intention is to trial different beans from various countries throughout the year. The current Apprentice is a blend of 75% Costa Rica and 25% Colombia coffee beans. The medium roast offer notes of The Apprentice roast will change throughout the year, with different beans, blends and roasting methods. Notes of milk chocolate, raisin, cherry, and apple.
