We created the Apprentice blend as an additional offering to our popular roasts but with a twist. Our intention is to trial different beans from various countries throughout the year. The current Apprentice is a blend of 75% Honduras and 25% Colombia coffee beans. The medium roast offer notes of chocolate milk, caramel and baked apple. With tasting notes like this, who needs an actual dessert.
